Your image material
Prompts, reference images and task results are processed to provide the workflow you request. Material needed for an image task may be sent to its model provider and stored through the site’s file services. Upload only material you may share for that purpose.
Payments and support
Payment services process transaction information. Order and account records help us manage purchases and investigate billing questions. Information you send to support is used to handle your request.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of account information, contact support@ideogram5.org. We may need information that lets us verify the account involved. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
