Review the amount, currency, billing period and included credits shown at checkout. Recurring plans and one-time credit purchases have different purchase details.
Manage a subscription
Use the account’s billing and subscription options to review your current plan and available renewal controls. Follow the status and effective date shown by the payment service.
Request a review
Email support@ideogram5.org with your order identifier, purchase date and the reason for your request. If an image task is involved, include its task identifier and the issue you encountered.
How requests are reviewed
A request is reviewed against the transaction, relevant service usage and applicable consumer rights. Submitting a request does not itself confirm a refund; support will communicate the outcome and any next step.
