Terms of Service
Using the service
Ideogram AI provides image-oriented creative workflows at ideogramai.org. The available inputs, controls and task status depend on the workflow selected.
Account responsibilities
Keep your account access secure and provide information needed to use the account. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes with support or other users.
Your content and permissions
Submit only prompts and images you are entitled to use. Consider the copyright, privacy and other rights involved in a reference or final image before sharing or publishing it.
Reviewing image results
Generated images can contain inaccurate details or text. Review results for your intended use. Model names identify different workflows; a gallery example does not promise the same result for a new task.
Purchases and account records
The checkout page sets out the selected amount, currency, billing period and included credits. Check the payment and account records for the transaction status. See the refund page for purchase questions.
Contact support
For account, image-task, billing or privacy questions, email support@ideogram5.org.
